Designed for Seborrheic Dermatitis
Common signs and symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis include:
- Skin flakes or dandruff
- Redness, itching, oily skin
- Pink-to-red inflamed greasy skin covered with flaky white or yellow scales
- Patchy scaling or thick crusts on the scalp
No gold standard treatment, but most cases can be managed with a topical corticosteroid, a keratolytic, a topical antifungal or a combination of these agents.
However, long-term use of mid to high-potency corticosteroids is associated with well-known effects such as skin atrophy, striae, and telangiectasia.
Sebclair™ Cream is an over-the-counter medications and is free of steroids and fragrances. Sebclair™ Cream is especially designed for the affected area and aimed at seborrheic dermatitis while avoiding the common skin care products to stimulate the affected area.
